Outstanding Inspection for our Residential Children’s Home
Posted on 2nd August 2010 by Glynis Kelleher
Following inspection in July of our Therapeutic Children’ Home in Preston, we have received a glowing report by education and care inspectorate Ofsted, who judged the overall quality of the home as ‘Outstanding.’
Inspectors found a ‘strong commitment to work positively and improve outcomes for young people’ and commended the ‘individual support given to young people to live full lives.’ Staff were recognised for their experience, motivation, and positive contribution to the ethos and working practices within the home.
We are thrilled to receive such a positive accolade from Ofsted! We have always received good outcomes from our inspections, but to be judged outstanding is a credit to the skills, dedication and commitment of all our staff, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their hard work.
