We have a great opportunity to kick-start or build on your career within a finance role, as we are looking for a Credit Control Assistant to join our small but busy Finance team. You will be an immediate point of contact for finance queries.
The role is primarily to provide a high quality support to the charity’s finance team; issuing and posting sales and purchase ledger invoices and managing the Charity’s credit control processes.
You will extract data from accounting and finance databases and use spreadsheets to ensure that invoices are recorded and debts are collected on a timely basis.
Applicants will be able to prioritise tasks, have great attention to detail, be a good communicator and have a full range of office and IT skills, including extensive knowledge of Excel & Word.
