Qigong, includes some forms of Taichi. It is a form of body-mind exercise with a long history and proven record of health benefits for both the mind and the body. It ...consists of slow flowy movements that combine gentle stretches with deep abdominal breathing. It is low to medium intensity and is suitable to all ages and all levels of fitness. When performed correctly and regularly, it builds muscle strength, increases flexibility and improves balance. It also encourages mindfulness. As a result, it is widely known in the medical world as Meditation in Motion and Medication in Motion.
