About our Support Worker roles

Our learning disability support worker jobs in Leyland involve working directly with and supporting people with learning disabilities to live the best lives they can. You’ll help them to develop skills, build confidence and enjoy a meaningful, supported daily routine.

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

  • Providing person-centred emotional and practical support
