Fostering Service Manager
I supervise and support the whole of the fostering team. I am also available to foster carers as they need me and will keep in touch with foster carers and children to seek their views about the work of the fostering team.

Social Work Assistant
I spend time supporting young people in placement through direct work, including therapeutic life story work, supervising contact and arranging children’s support groups and activities.
Supervising Social Workers
The role of a Supervising Social Worker is to offer you and your family support and guidance throughout your fostering journey, during assessment and beyond. We will explore with you the child’s needs, and identify ways that we together as a team and meet these.
Fostering Support Officer
I support matching children with the right foster families and I am involved in the children’s groups and activities. I also work with children and young people to support and help them.
Additional Support
The team are also support by a specialist Trauma Therapist who works directly with children and foster carers and an Education Consultant who advises the team; foster carers and schools on matters relating to education and special educational needs.
