Supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs to live in their own homes and communities.
Our Supported Living Service enables people with moderate to complex learning and physical disabilities to live in their own homes and be part of their local communities. Our team of experienced, qualified staff support people with day to day activities such as personal care, health and hygiene, paying bills, shopping, cooking and much more. We encourage people to try new hobbies and activities to widen their experience, develop skills, maintain contact with family, make new friends and keep in touch with old ones.
We listen to people to find out what is important to them.
We aim to:
• respect people’s dignity
• keep them safe and healthy
• offer choices and support to help them understand
• encourage healthy decision making
• listen to people and support them to express their views, wishes or concerns
Everyone we support is unique therefore we tailor each service to the wishes and needs of the individual. Services can be provided for just a few hours each week or for 24 hour each day depending on the assessed needs.
Our Supported Living Services are regulated by Care Quality Commission (CQC). You can read our last inspection report here
