The Charity was invited to provide full day care for pre-school children at Pebbles within Stoneygate Children’s Centre in Preston. In 2012, this expanded to include Appleblossom within Appletree Children’s Centre in Lancaster. Both nurseries focused on supporting children with special needs and those for whom English was a second language. By 2018, significant changes in local authority policies regarding the provision of pre-school care for 3-4 year-olds, sadly brought our involvement in nursery provision to an end.
