The North West Concurrent Planning partnership proudly celebrated its 100th placement. Around the same time, the additional funding provided by the Government for RAA’s to develop their own EP service was successful and led to fewer referrals to the Concurrent Planning Service. As a result, Caritas Care and Adoption Matters integrated concurrent planning and early permanence into their own adoption services. The Concurrent Planning partnership placed 187 children for adoption and helped 21 children return to their birth families.
